Mateo Santiago
Mateo and Mela Santiago have been our dear friends for many years. Mela, as a teenage girl, was saved in our ministry in the Philippines in 1976. They have built a great foundation in Naguilian, La Union, and have started many missions and outreach ministries throughout the years of their ministry.

On December 27, 2009, as we were flying to the Philippines for a Missions Trip, New Hope Baptist Mission was started in Upper Bimmotobot, a mountain region in a very remote area which could only be reached by means of a one-lane road with two way traffic. When this mission was less than a week old, we held a service in an open pavilion. At that meeting, we met on a piece of land and prayed that the Lord would provide it. Since that time, the land has been purchased, a pavilion was built and later enclosed with bamboo. Today this mission has gone through two major building projects and has their own concrete block building, parsonage, and Sunday School Building. Pastor Ben Alhambra and his wife are faithfully reaching this mountain area with the Gospel.

Bliss Veloria is serving as pastor of Faith Bible Baptist Mission in Naguilian. His church is meeting in our original building which was built in the mid-seventies. He and his wife Arlene are faithfully reaching people in this area.

Eliasar Adalan
Eliasar and Marilou Adalan worked alongside Pastor Mateo for many years, and eventually started mission work in the village of Burgos in the Philippines. In a remote mountain village, their own people raised more than $2,000 to pay a down payment on a building lot on the side of the mountain. In 2013, we were able to help them pay off the land, and they began building the first floor of their new church building where they are currently meeting. By faith, they have begun the second floor, which will cost them about $12,000. Please keep them in your prayers.

Ferdinand Abenes
Ferdinand Abenes is pastor of The Lord’s Vineyard Baptist Church. On one of our early visits to the Philippines, Pastor Ferdinand approached me and told me that I was his spiritual grandfather. He was saved in the third church we started in Bauang in 1977. He was saved after we returned to the United States. He now has a thriving ministry in the Town of Caba, and is currently serving the Lord.

Gaius Santiago
Pastor Gaius Santiago and his wife Candace are serving the Lord in Al-alinao, in the Province of La Union. Gaius' mother, Mela, was saved in our ministry back in the mid-seventies, so it is a great joy to see our grandson in the faith now planting churches in the same province where the Lord placed us so many decades ago. Gaius and Candace have now started two mission works in Al-alinao; one in the mountains, and one in the plains. Please pray for this dear couple as they truly go to the uttermost parts of the word with the Gospel of Christ.

Jerome Tuppiyac, Jr.
I met Pastor Jerome a few years ago while visiting some ministries in Naguilian, La Union, Philippines, where my wife and I planted three churches during the mid 1970's. Pastor Jerome is now married with a wife and two children. The started their mission in Septemer 2017, and they are now averaging about 50 in attendance. They have purchased a church lot and are trying to construct their first church building, all without any reg;ular suport from the U.S. Please pray for them in this venture of faith.

Pedrito Pulmano
Pedrito Pulmano is pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Bagulin. This church was started during our ministry in the Philippines in 1976. What a blessing it is to see this work continuing to preach the Gospel in this mountain village after forty years. We learned that they were struggling when we went back to visit in 2008, but the Lord has provided some monthly support and other resources to help this church to continue to go forth and reach people for Christ.
